Shepherds Group is secured by the local church to develop, design, calendar and consult in recruiting leaders for the campaign.


       Organization

Shepherds Group supports the pastor in his preparation for the campaign, trains all leadership teams to mobilize the church for prayerful and strategic involvement.


       Proclamation

Shepherds Group supports the pastor and leadership team to effectively communicate all necessary campaign elements, from biblical teaching and preaching to effective publicity for the campaign to the church family.


       Prayer

Shepherds Group believes the key element to the campaign is when God’s people seek His face for their church to accomplish their mission and their personal involvement to compliment His will.


       Commitment

Shepherds Group will focus the campaign to lead the people to express their commitment financially, celebrate it as a church family and launch the beginning of receiving those financial gifts necessary to accomplish the church’s vision.


       Follow-Up

Shepherds Group will train leadership to keep the church informed, new members pledging and future offerings to be received to the complete the campaign.
